Good questions
Which Reiki symbols are on this guide?
Six Usui symbols: Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, Shika So, Raku and Dai Ko Myo, each with numbered stroke order, meaning, function, benefits and associated chakras.
Can I learn Reiki from this guide alone?
No. The guide itself says it is a simplified overview, not a substitute for formal instruction, and recommends a certified Reiki course before practising on yourself or others.
