Absolutely love this place every time I go I always leave with something it could be incense, crystals, jewelry, tarot cards, and books about spells and crystals and so much more! I can be in this place for hours because the friendly environment is what honestly makes it great to shop in and makes the energy so amazing! Whenever I am there, I am not bothered by employees they let you be but when you do need help they are amazing with that!
Has a good selection of raw and tumbled crystals to choose from there is a great selection of incense here and you can get crystal confetti for 16 dollars this place has a large selection and larger pieces at the back and has carvings as well.
I love being among the rocks and minerals. I have several I keep near me daily. The service was very helpful and prompt. I’m only sorry that I can’t afford some of the things to which I’m really drawn!

How do I earn Crystal Cash?
Spend $50 or more (after discounts, before tax) online or in store while you're subscribed to our emails, and 10% of your order goes on your account as Crystal Cash. In store, give us your name or email at the till. Online, it's added when your order ships.
How do I use it?
Online: sign in before you check out and it shows up as a payment option. In store: give us your name or email and we'll apply it. Express buttons like Shop Pay or PayPal skip store credit, so use the regular checkout.
Does it expire?
Yes, 120 days after you earn it. We'll email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before it does.
Why do I need to be on the email list?
Crystal Cash is a thank-you to our email community; it's how we tell you about your balance, your birthday month and new arrivals. If you unsubscribe, you keep the Crystal Cash you already have until it expires, but new orders won't earn.
How do I get the free Mystery Bracelet?
It comes with your first online order of $25 or more. Use the button in your welcome email: it adds the bracelet to your cart and applies code WELCOMEGEM. One per customer.
How does the birthday confetti work?
Add your birthday (just the month and day) when you join. In the 30 days around your birthday we'll email you, and one scoop of Crystal Confetti is free, in store or online.
What happened to my points?
The Crystal Club switched from points to Crystal Cash. If you were on our email list on the day we switched, every 100 points became $5 and it's on your account now, good for 120 days. Points for members who weren't on our email list didn't carry over. If you think yours should have, message us and we'll take a look.
What happens if I return something?
We take back 10% of what you return. If you've already spent the Crystal Cash, we won't charge you for it.
