How long does it take?
Every bracelet is hand-strung for you in 2–4 business days at The Rock Space in Kitchener.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is $19, and it's free when you buy 3 or more. Prefer to grab it yourself? Pickup in-store is free.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
Free return or remake within 30 days.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around your wrist and mark where it meets. Under 15 cm goes Small, 15–17 cm is Regular, over 17 cm is Large. Beaded bracelets sit close to the skin, so measure where a watch would sit. Not sure? Most women fit Small or Regular — Regular is our default.
Are the stones real?
Yes — real, genuine stones from our Kitchener shop, strung on strong, stretchy elastic built for daily wear.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. On the review step, tap “Add to cart & design another.” Each bracelet is $44 flat, and 3+ ship free.
