Everything is picked by our team at The Rock Space, a crystal shop at 396-B Victoria St N in Kitchener, Ontario. We read every answer, pick every stone by hand and write every note ourselves.

Questions
Can I pick the crystals myself?
No, and that's the fun of it. You tell us what you want more of and the colours you love, and we do the picking. If there's a stone you don't want, put it in the note and we'll leave it out.
Will I get crystals I already have?
Tell us what you own in the note box and we'll skip those.
Is it good for beginners?
It's made for beginners. Every stone comes with a guide card that tells you what it is, what people use it for and how to care for it.
How much is in the box?
Every box holds at least $200 of crystals at our regular shop prices. The mix changes with your answers, so the number of pieces does too.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Tap 'A gift', write your note and we'll handwrite it on the card. Put their address at checkout.
How fast does it ship?
We pick and pack within 3 business days (up to 6 when it's busy), then it ships from our shop in Kitchener. Shipping is a $19 flat rate in Canada and the US, and free on orders over $100. Add any little extra to your box and the whole order ships free.
What if something arrives broken?
Send a photo of it and the packaging to support@therockspace.com within 5 business days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I return it?
Every box is picked just for you, so we can't swap single pieces. If something's wrong with your order, email support@therockspace.com within 30 days and we'll sort it out.
