Most modifications such as address and phone number change can be done by you once you log into your account. If you need to update your email address please message customer support with your old email address as well as the new email address you would like to use. We will update that for you.

Invoices are generated after your order has shipped. When we ship your order to you, we send it along with a packing slip. You will have access to your invoices online when you sign in to your account under “order history”. We can also provide you with a copy of your invoice via email when requested.

Yes, our website has the ability to save your payment information to make it easier for your next purchase. You can add and remove your payment methods as you’d like. Our system will automatically use the payment method used from your previous purchase.

Nope! No order is too small or too large for us to process.

Once your order has been placed, we are no longer able to add anything to your existing order. What you can do is place a second order and leave us a note that you would like the orders to be shipped together. Please include the other order confirmation number. We will refund you the shipping difference for the second order.

Yes, absolutely! Just select curbside pick up as your delivery option.

Unpaid pick up orders are held for 7 days. If the order is not picked up within that time frame, the order will be cancelled to put the products back in stock. Paid pick up orders are held for14 days with the ability of extension if notified. If the order has not been picked up, a refund will be issued.

We process orders Monday through Friday. If you’ve placed your order during the week and 48 hours have passed and you’ve not received a pick up notification, please give us a call for an update.

Log into your account and it will show you your order status. You can also contact us for further information. We will send you an email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

There are some items that are temporarily unavailable (out-of-stock) or they have been hidden from our site. To contact us about any product you may not be able to find, please contact us.

We ship from our warehouse and walk-in retail shop. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will not charge you for any out-of-stock products.

Our website is the best way to see our products. We create and publish new items frequently so a catalog would be out of date within weeks. We do not produce or print catalogs.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 within Canada and the USA, with the following exceptions:

• Heavy items, such as Himalayan salt products and soapstone products, will not be eligible for free shipping, and a standard shipping rate will be added to these products.

• Shipping to territories, remote or hard-to-reach locations will be subject to standard shipping rates.

For all other items, you will receive free shipping. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout, so you don’t have to do any guesswork! We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shipping options and will continue to review and update our policy as necessary.

We strive to have most orders processed within 48 hours, but sometimes picking and packing our delicate products takes a bit more time. Please allow up to 6 business days before your order is dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on the courier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. The tracking identification will give you a shipping ETA.

If you need your order in a rush, let us know when you want to receive the order by adding a note in the Comments Tab on Checkout Page. We will do our best to prioritize your shipment and may contact you with options.

We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (HST) for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario. For orders shipped to other provinces in Canada, the corresponding sales tax, GST or HST will also be charged. For international orders, we are responsible for all custom duties and/or other taxes.

We provide the status discount on purchases made on our physical store showing a valid Indian Status ID. We cannot provide the point-of-sale discount for orders over the internet. See quote below taken from the Government of Ontario website:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item was shipped in error or the item(s) arrived damaged due to transit.

Products purchased in-store will need to be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase with the receipt.
