Good questions

Which quartz types are included?

Fourteen: clear, amethyst, rose, pink amethyst, strawberry, tangerine, citrine, lemon, phantom, tourmalinated, rutilated, smoky, lithium and super seven quartz, each with a photo.

Does it mention heat-treated citrine?

Yes. The citrine entry explains it forms when quartz undergoes natural geothermal heating with iron impurities, or through an artificial heating process.

What's the difference between print and PDF?

Print is a sturdy double-sided card (about 6.3 x 9.4 in) that ships with your order. The PDF is the same two pages as a file you can download right after checkout and print at home.
