About Mindful Matters

Mindful Matters was started in Vancouver by a psychotherapist who wanted a screen-free way to sit still for a few minutes a day. You light one small beeswax candle, and when it goes out, you're done. The candles are hand-poured in small batches from natural beeswax.

Why it's in our Collective: Starting a daily practice is hard when your timer lives on your phone. This is the easiest answer we've found: light it, sit, and let the candle keep time.
