A 20-minute beeswax candle that times your meditation.
Mindful Matters was started in Vancouver by a psychotherapist who wanted a screen-free way to sit still for a few minutes a day. You light one small beeswax candle, and when it goes out, you're done. The candles are hand-poured in small batches from natural beeswax.
Why it's in our Collective: Starting a daily practice is hard when your timer lives on your phone. This is the easiest answer we've found: light it, sit, and let the candle keep time.
Every Mindful Matters piece is made and shipped by Mindful Matters from Vancouver, BC. It's online only and ships separately from your Rock Space order, with its own shipping line at checkout. Explore the whole Collective.
