Mackenzie Jones made this Mount Robson Necklace from scratch in Calgary. It features a sterling silver pendant inspired by one of Canada’s most striking peaks, with a rhodium chain that adjusts to 16, 18, and 20 inches. A simple piece with a lovely bit of mountain spirit.

Each necklace is handmade, so the shape and texture may vary a little from piece to piece. The pendant is about 20.15 mm wide, 9.30 mm high, and 2.00 mm thick. It is nickel free and made for everyday wear — easy to layer, easy to love.

About Mackenzie Jones

Megan Mackenzie Jones studied Jewellery + Metals at the Alberta College of Art + Design, then built her studio in a basement while working as a landscaper. The first piece that took off was a ring shaped like a mountain range, made to carry a feeling of home around with you. Today a team of women casts every piece in house, mostly in recycled silver sourced in North America.

Why it's in our Collective: We are a rock shop. Mackenzie Jones makes jewellery out of mountains: real Canadian peaks, cast in silver and small enough to wear every day. It sits beautifully next to a crystal pendant, and it's made by hand in Alberta.
