Make a little corner that's just for sitting still.
What's inside
- Selenite bowl, round 4": milky white with a satin glow, for holding your stones.
- Amethyst point, about 2": a little purple focal point.
- Satya sandalwood incense: a 15g box with a warm, woody scent.
- Mantras QuickStudy guide: OM, chakra sounds and chants from many traditions, with a 3-step way to start.
Why they go together
A dedicated spot makes it easier to show up. Bowl on the shelf, incense lit, guide open, and five minutes of quiet.
How to use it
- Pick a corner and set the bowl down.
- Put the amethyst and any other stones in it.
- Light a stick of sandalwood.
- Try one mantra from the guide for five minutes.
Good to know: Selenite is soft and dissolves in water, so keep it dry. Never leave incense burning unattended.
Bought together, the set costs about 9% less than the pieces on their own ($52.99). Natural stones vary, so yours will be a little different from the photo.
