Himalayan Salt Cooking Slab for cooking and serving made of the highest standard of salt blocks available. No two salt blocks are the same so the appearance of colors.

Hot Gas or Grill heat your Himalayan salt plate on a low flame until warm, then gradually increase the heat to the desired temperature and cook for around 17-20 minutes.

In Oven heat the Himalayan salt plate at 250 degrees for 8-10 minutes, then increase to 400F.

Electric place a salt plate at least ½ inch above the heating element. Start with low temperature and gradually increase to medium and then high, until salt reaches the desired temperature.

Caring for your Salt After EACH use wash your Himalayan salt plate with warm water and a soft brush or green scrubby, and pat dry with a paper towel before setting on a drying rack. This will remove a very thin layer of the salt and make it ready for use again.
