Before you check out, fill out a quick questionnaire — what you’re moving through right now, the intention you want your crystals to support, what you’re naturally drawn to (or want to avoid), and whether it’s for you or a gift. just enough for your specialist to build the perfect tray.

When you arrive, a curated tray of crystals chosen just for you will be waiting.
Guided Tour + Sit-Down Session
You’ll get a full walkthrough of the shop with your specialist, checking out jewellery, carvings, and one-of-a-kind pieces — followed by a sit-down where they break everything down for you: what each piece is, how it formed, and why it fits your intention. you leave with a collection that actually makes sense for you, not a random haul.
Cleansing Ritual
Before your new crystals go home, we’ll cleanse them for a fresh start using sound, smoke, or selenite — and show you how to do it yourself. You’ll also leave with intention cards for each crystal you picked, so you know exactly how to work with them from day one.

About 45-60 minutes, depending on how much exploring you’d like to do.
Can I book for more than one person?
Yes! Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorettes, or a fun way to connect with friends. The Crystal Lab can be booked as a private party at $60 per person. Just let us know how many people will be attending so we can bring more specialists on board.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Nope. Just show up. If you booked online, we’ll already have your questionnaire answers to get started.
What if I can’t make it?
You can reschedule anytime with 48 hours’ notice. If it’s under 48 hours, we can refund 50% of the appointment fee.
