Sep 17th: Stretch, Sip & Sparkle with Modo Yoga
Yoga, crystals and good company: an evening to move, make something sparkly and unwind.
This is a one-night event we're hosting with Modo Yoga Waterloo West. You'll start with a relaxing one-hour yoga session and a guided meditation. Then our team walks you through making your own crystal bracelet to take home.
It's a gentle, fun way to try yoga or crystals for the first time, or both at once. Afterwards there's a social hour with drinks and light snacks. Everyone also heads home with a swag bag of Modo and Rock Space goodies, plus a chance at raffle prizes.

- At The Rock Space, Kitchener.
