$500 Shopping Spree — contest rules
1. Sponsor. The Rock Space, a division of Stonebridge Imports Ltd., 396-B Victoria Street North, Kitchener, Ontario, N2H 5E6.
2. Entry period. The contest opens September 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and closes September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("the entry period"). Orders placed outside the entry period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility. Open to residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) and the continental United States who have reached the age of majority in their province or state of residence at the time of entry. This contest is not open to residents of Quebec. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Stonebridge Imports Ltd. and The Rock Space, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
4. How to enter. Purchase is necessary. Place an order during the entry period that includes at least $75 (before tax and shipping) of qualifying jewellery, in store or online, and you receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per qualifying order. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned in full are void and the corresponding entry is withdrawn.
5. Prize. One (1) prize is available: a shopping voucher with a retail value of $500 CAD, redeemable on retail merchandise at The Rock Space, in store or online. The voucher expires December 31, 2026, has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for gift cards, and cannot be applied to previous purchases, workshops, events, or shipping charges. Any unused balance is forfeited on expiry. The prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions will be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
7. Draw and skill-testing question. One winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries within ten (10) business days after the close of the entry period. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
8. Winner notification. The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address on their order. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and another entrant may be selected.
9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name and city by the Sponsor in connection with this contest, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy. Information collected in connection with this contest is used only to administer the contest and is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Entering the contest does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing emails.
11. General conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this contest, in whole or in part, at any time, subject to any approval required by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for orders, entries or notifications that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected, or for technical failures of any kind. Entries obtained through fraud, automation, or any means that subvert the entry process are void. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
12. No platform affiliation. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform. You are providing your information to The Rock Space, not to any of these platforms.
13. Law. This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
