Kambaba Jasper Tumbled Stones
Polished Kambaba Jasper tumbled with beautiful black mottled spotty patterned swirls mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The tumbled stone is a multipurpose stone type, providing healing benefits and decorative accessories. Kambaba Jasper is known for its ability to reduce tension and induce serenity. Its energizing properties have led to its usage in a wide range of health and wellness applications, ranging from boosting attention and focus to increasing spiritual awareness and providing peace and tranquillity.
Jasper Kambaba is sometimes misidentified as a fossilized stromatolite from over 10,000 years ago, although it is not a stromatolite. Stromatolites are microbial reefs formed by cyanobacteria (also known as blue-green algae), and their fossils represent the Earth’s oldest remnants of life. Many people believe that Kambaba Jasper is a fossil stromatolite based on its appearance. Kambaba Jasper is volcanic rhyolite and hence cannot be a stromatolite. So, despite its outward appearance, Kambaba jasper is NOT a stromatolite.
